TRIGGER WARNING: In this video I talk about my binge eating disorder.

For the better part of 20 years now, I've struggled with binge eating. Far from thinking it ever was a disorder, I've recently come to grips with how crippling and unhealthy of a habit it was/is and could, very well in fact, be categorized as an eating disorder.

But where did it all start? Where does it stem from?

In my case it stems from childhood. Poor parenting choices, abuse and trauma all coupled into creating the perfect storm of me turning to food for comfort and thus, developing a binge eating disorder.

This is my story.
